Google doodle celebrates start of Special Olympics


Saturday, Los Angeles: Google created an animated doodle to mark the start the 14th Special Olympics World Games, that run July 25 to Aug 2. More than 7,000 world-class participants from 177 countries will compete in 25 different events, including swimming, stretching, cycling, power lifting, handball, volleyball, softball, judo, tennis among others. 







During the Games, Google said the events in the next 9 days will challenge to push their bodies to the best of their capacity. Over the event Google expected to attract some 500,000 spectators.
